These days more and more physicians find themselves in the somewhere between crisis, struggling and surviving, with no idea how to get to thriving. Unfortunately without the proper support, struggle can quickly devolve into crisis.

We combine the proven effectiveness of psychotherapy and medication (if needed), with the action and accountability of coaching to help you thrive — sooner than you thought possible.

The process: How to go from surviving to thriving

Discovery Session

We will take our time and dive deep into all of your current concerns, goals, questions and help you feel right at home. Together we will come up with a personalized plan to get you on your way to thriving.

Weekly Therapy Session

We will meet weekly to explore your concerns both old and new, actively work on solutions, and chart your progress every step of the way. We're going to do much more than talk -- we're going to help you WIN! 


To really take your mental health to the next level, it's important that you learn some core skills to help process emotions, navigate relationship challenges, develop healthy habits and more. You will have access to audio lessons and worksheets to help you apply these concepts. When our work together is concluded, you'll have all the skills and tools you need to not only get better but STAY better.

Medication Management

On mental health medications, or think you may need some? No problem!
We'll figure out whether medications are right for you or not, and prescribe or manage if needed. 

And of course, if you are not interested in medications, there is no pressure to start. You will benefit from the other work we will do together, regardless.

Payments and Policies

To provide the most personalized and high-quality experience possible, our services are out of network with insurance companies.  We accept secure credit and debit card payments for services. Because of the intensive nature of our services, most people can expect to achieve their primary mental health goals in 3-6 months.
